On scouting in Asia

Most of our recent signings did not come from Taipei, Tokyo or Seoul. They came from Tainan, Okinawa and Johor — places where nobody is looking.

What we want in an application is simple: daylight, no retouching, no filter, and a plain background. Face, full body, profile. That is enough.
